Nutritionist: Cleanse Prep
So.....I will post more exact guidelines to follow for the 21 day cleanse that I/we are undertaking starting the 1st of March.....but it is probably a good idea if we start prepping for it now. Why detox you ask? And what does detox mean? This one single word can have a lot of different meanings. It certainly can be uncomfortably daunting to imagine giving up your most treasured daily rituals; coffee in the mornings, or a glass of wine after a long day. Why would we EVER want to do that?

Even if you take relatively good care of your body by working out, and eating sensibly, you may still be bombarding your system with toxins without even realizing it. They are all around us starting in your environment and food to the water you drink and the air you breathe.....even your body produces toxins naturally when it digests your foods, or tries to alleviate the stress from your daily life.
